Generated Content

AI-generated renderings produced through our service are provided for personal and commercial use within the following guidelines:

  • You may use generated images for personal projects, presentations, and design proposals
  • Commercial use is permitted with attribution to AIDesign where applicable
  • You may not claim AI-generated content as your own original artwork
  • We retain the right to use generated content for service improvement and marketing

User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of images you upload to our service. By uploading, you grant AIDesign a limited license to process and analyze your images solely for the purpose of generating requested renderings.

No Professional Advice: AIDesign renderings are AI-generated visual concepts and do not constitute professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice. Always consult qualified professionals before implementing any design.

Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unrealistic elements. We do not guarantee that generated renderings will be physically achievable or structurally sound.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service access. Technical issues, maintenance, or external factors may temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDesign.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

5. Service Changes & Termination

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Account Termination
